argoyle 48d3141d20 refactor: update k8s labels from component to name ...

Changes the Kubernetes labels and selectors in the deploy.yaml file
from `app.kubernetes.io/component` to `app.kubernetes.io/name`
to better align with Kubernetes conventions and improve resource
identification. This adjustment is made throughout the deployment
specification and the associated service, enhancing clarity and
maintainability.
