argoyle ea0595f8cb chore: migrate module path from GitLab to Gitea ...

- Update go.mod module path to git.unbound.se/unboundsoftware/pagination
- Remove GitLab CI linter from pre-commit config
- Update go-imports local path for new domain
- Remove GitLab badges from README
- Delete .gitlab-ci.yml (Gitea Actions workflow already exists)
