Phase 1 of the gitea.unbound.se → git.unbound.se module-path migration.

module git.unbound.se/unboundsoftware/pagination; goimports -local follows.
API unchanged. Commit type is feat: so git-cliff bumps to v0.3.0 (minor); feat! would jump to v1.0.0.
Tags ≤ v0.2.2 keep declaring the old path and stay resolvable through the permanent gitea.unbound.se alias.
Consumers (accounting, banking, invoice, salary) move in Phase 2, one PR per service switching every library at once.

Review: Infrastructure Expert + Go Backend Expert reviewed this diff (pilot for all 9 libs). No Critical findings; the one High was the commit type → bump version (resolved by using feat:). Nothing deferred for this repo.

Tests (-race) and prek run --all-files pass locally.
