Updates multiple package versions in the package-lock.json,
including @apidevtools/json-schema-ref-parser to 14.1.1 and
@auth0/auth0-spa-js to 2.3.0. Adds missing license fields
for several packages to ensure compliance and clarifies
licensing information. Adjusts node engine requirement to
support version 20 or higher.
