Phase 1 of the gitea.unbound.se → git.unbound.se module-path migration.

module git.unbound.se/shiny/logging; goimports -local and the import examples in the docs follow.
API unchanged. Commit type is feat: so git-cliff bumps minor; feat! would be wrong.
Tags ≤ v0.2.2 keep declaring the old path and stay resolvable through the permanent gitea.unbound.se alias.
Services move in Phase 2, one PR per service switching every library at once.

Review: Infrastructure Expert + Go Backend Expert reviewed the pilot (unboundsoftware/pagination#129, released as v0.3.0); this diff follows the same pattern. No Critical findings. The Highs were the commit type → bump version (feat:) and keeping otelsetup's meter names; both are handled. Nothing deferred.

Tests (-race) and prek run --all-files pass locally.
